Welcome to our newly established "Evergreen Valley Lavender Farm" in Olympia, Washington. We are raising over 600 plants in 11 varieties like; Folgate, Fat Spike Grosso, Hidcote Giant, Betty's Blue, Impress Purple, Melissa (white), Tucker's Early, Royal Velvet, Gros Bleu, True Munstead, Purple Bouquet and Buena Vista. Each variety has its own unique qualities and characteristics and we love growing them organically. Although our farm is not "certified" organic, we use no pesticides nor chemicals in our process. We also distill some of our plants into essential oils and will make that, and many other craft items, available for sale in the coming months. Watch for us to open to the public in 2012. Highlights include Maya Bay / Maya Beach (where "The Beach" was filmed), Phang Nga Bay, Koh Phi Phi, James Bond Island (where one of the first 007's was filmed; aka Khao Phing Kan).
